The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program offers prospective immigrants, an opportunity to live and work in the region. Successful candidates are granted the New Brunswick provincial nomination certificate which can be used to apply for permanent residency in Canada.

Processing time for NBPNP

The applicant will be given a grace of 90 days to submit a completed application to the Department of Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour after receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA). The nominated candidate will be called upon for an interview with the NBPNP Immigration Officer.

After the succeeding the interview, the applicant will receive a Certificate of Nomination which will be valid for the next six months starting from the date of issue. The nominated candidates are expected to submit the application for permanent residence to IRCC. The candidate should report to the Department of Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour within 30 days of arrival in Canada.
